Two platforms, a suite of tools, and one office that got its week back

We built the two platforms Patriot Pipeline now runs on, plus a suite of tools across its office operations. Document package assembly dropped from several hours a day to under a minute.

The problem

The office was the bottleneck. Information lived across several systems and someone had to pull it together by hand, every time, for every client. The cost scaled with the workload. More jobs meant more hours gone.

It was the same story across every process. Submittals, invoice processing, overtime reporting, estimating material lists. All manual, all repetitive, all done by people who should have been doing something else.

What we built

  • Field operations platform. Full stack, web and mobile. Time tracking from the field with payroll export written for their specific payroll providers rather than a generic file. Employee scheduling, equipment tracking, and internal messaging in the same system.
  • Project financials platform. Estimating, cost tracking, budget tracking, and analytics for invoicing and billing.
  • AI tools across office operations. Automated submittals. An invoice parser. Automatic overtime tracking reports delivered to project managers. An estimating material list creator. And document package assembly that runs in under a minute instead of hours.

Where it stands

All of it is in live production. Around 114 field employees, and the platforms are what the company's day runs through.
