What if we don't save 15 hours a week?
You don't pay, as long as the onboarding requirements are met. Those are covered on the call and written into the agreement.
What if the systems are live but we don't hit 15 hours?
The guarantee is the systems being live by day 60. The hours are what they are built to give back, and getting your team using them is the part we stay in the room for. If the systems aren't running, you don't pay.
What actually gets automated?
Two processes. Submittal packages get assembled and tracked, and bid follow-ups go out on schedule with responses logged. We scope exactly which parts during the week-one baseline, because the answer is different for a utility contractor than for an electrical sub.
What does it cost?
We don't publish a price. The call ends with a straight answer about whether this fits your operation at all, and we will say no if it doesn't.
